Yajima-Ya Lunch Wagon is probably one of our most favorite lunchwagon eats on the island of Oahu. With a nice blend of local style plate lunch (mushroom chicken is their most popular dish) and Japanese style donburi and noodle options, we can’t get enough of chef Tomoki Ito’s concoctions!
